Each of the Vault web services generates a log that is useful for troubleshooting. The web.config for each service contains logging options. Note that changes to the web.config files may affect system operations. Please contact SourceGear Technical Support regarding modifications to the web.config files.
By default, the logs are in the Windows\Temp directory of the Vault Server machine. The log names and default locations are:
